"
How to become a Fun Com employee?
- FC contacted him because he was admin of one of the first Aoc Fansites

Magic classes
- will also scale from items in endgame. Items will be balanced.

Pickpocketing/Stealing
- Possible but only from NPC with Pockets (no Animals no other players). Only houses that meant to be for stealing

Guilds
- There will be guild banks
- Guilds will be able to set taxes to gold and raw materials (resources) those will automatically go in the guild bank.
- Guildleaders will be able to set own ranks or can pick a pre-defined hierarchies. (government forms)

Events
- There will be Events but they will be adjusted to the world of AoC. (For Example: Christmas Event in Game may have nothing to do with Jesus Christ cause that’s doesn’t fit in the conan universe)

What items do you see on your character?
- All equipment that your Character wears but not what’s in the inventory.

Mounts
- At level 20 you can get one that will cost ALOT of gold.
- Camels and horses will not differ in stats. All mounts will be the same. You will be ride faster with higher riding skill. So you don’t need to buy faster mounts.

Guild city
- can be designed individual. There will be restrictions (for example no 8 angled cities)
- you can choose from a pool of predefined buildings. You can not build all in your city, you have to specialize
- Maintenance cost is high. Bigger the city bigger the cost

Weapon skill/control
- You can specialize in weapon skills

Sex Buff
- Is only for RP, not necessary for raids.

Aiming in Ranged combat
- in First Person mode you will have a kind of crosshair, the target will not be highlighted (at the moment)

Resources
- Your carry capacity is limited by slots so thus by variety not by quantity. This means that there is no weight limit. Just a limit of Inventory slots (wow like)
- Resource gathering will be depend on tier and skill
- Higher Recourses need higher skills to be gathered

Player houses
- Not at release
- Can be added in an expansion

Size of the World?
- You got zones with transitions/ boundaries (?). Each zone has to offer a lot of Content.

Mountain climbing
- Paths will lead you up high.
- Climbing ability only possible on very specific points.

Buildings
- cant be designed by the players (no individual interior)
- will maybe come with an expansion

PvE guild city
- Market is the first building to start with in every city. There will be Vendors for all Players at the market.

Upgrade Buildings
- depends on money
- Leader,Officer and Architect will be necessary for upgrading

Keeps
- Will generally have the same build options as PvE cities
- Buildings will be destructible
- By capturing everything will be destroyed.

Mercenary
- Whole guilds cannot be mercenaries
- Only solo players will be able to become mercs.

Difference between PvP and PvE city.
- PvP city will be bigger.
- Will generally have the same build options as PvE cities

When the owner no longer supports the PvE city (taxes related)
- You will not get the invested resources back, if you let it be demolished
- Will automatically decay if one no longer supports for maintenance(in gold and resources)

Auction house
- Will be there. Not the same (linked) as guilds markets. (Unclear)
- There will not be a central place where one can see all the offers of the guilds (like GMS in AO)
- You have to travel to the Guild City to see what the Guild have to offer.

Pets from the demonologist
- You can command them. They will obey!
- One will be able to give each pet individual instructions, like one protects the other attack etc.

Items
- There will be both; bind on pick up and bind on equip

Combat Formations
- It will be featured in detail in an upcoming Friday update (tarib told us that his boss will cut his head off with an mighty longsword if he says too much about combat formation system ... so no infos)

Ranged Combat
- Blind shooting will be possible but unlikely that you hit someone’s head (for Example: shooting with a bow over a Wall, not seeing the target)
- You'll be able to aim, if it will really go there is another thing.
- You have unlimited amounts of arrows. Only need a quiver.

Funcoms Information policy
- Well planed communication policy . they had to change a little bit cause of the new release date
- In January we will get “big” info

Is collision detection still in.
- Yes it's in and it works, one will be able to protects his team-mates.

Fire arrows and torches
- Torches only for quests, to burn down some (quest)buildings. You cannot burn everything down
- Different Quivers will give different effects to the arrows (fire damage, frost damage, poison etc).

Last names
- Are not yet possible.

Tagging of hostile Players
- Cause there are no factions like horde and alliance the player have to deal with it by there own
- You can mark other players/guilds as hostile (not clear how that will work, but tarib said that there will be a way to tag your enemies)

Implants (someone played AO a bit to much?) Able to boost your skills
- Not with the same concept as implants
- With skills you can specialize yourself
- Not with items
- Not with tatoo's

Character creation tool before release?
- chances are rather bad/slim of that happening.

Visible “shields” (White Arrows besides the target) from the Russian videos?
- the white arrows beside the target show where the target is going to protect itself (blocking direction)
- if your combo ends in the same direction your target is blocking to, the combo will may be useless
- the User Interface allows you to turn off the arrows or only show them in specific situations

Preview function as in WoW where one sees the equipment before you buy it. (dressing room)
- He simply don’t know it!

Spell weaving
- will work like the melee combo - but for mages

Character creation
- will used names be reserved for a while
- no, after deleting a character the name will be instantly free for all

- FC had to twist it around the background/lore a bit. Its not about conan and his enemies
- All Races can be friends as well

Twinking
- You can enter another guild with the twink.
- Guild bonus only for the first character in a guild.

Arena
- Area Fights will increase the PvP level.
- No Points for Area matches with your friends

China Farmer
- Being discussed internal. If that is going to be a problem they will find way to stop them.

Rp-PvP Server
- Still under discussion
- RPPVP for every Country? depends on the amount of subscribers. Maybe only English RPPVP Server for Europe.

Gambling
- Not at release
- Of course you can do that in Role Play (no ingame system)

Brawl
- No level requirements. Level and Items doesn’t matter.
- Dependant on 'player' skill to handle the boozy effects and what drinks are consumed.
- No limit in drinking but you cannot drink yourself to death.

Unique Items – Nice to have Items
- Will be there, only for the look of your character.

Agro system
- As in every other game.
- If a guard detects a strong group of players he will run back to the village and get back up.
- Npcs can hear a noisy player, so sneaking helps here.

Casting interruption
- When a player gets hit, its spell will be interrupted
- you can also learn a skill to prevent that (ps: seen in last letter)

Finishing moves.
- Also available in PvP
- if you hit someone with the final hit, you can release a finishing move so you can cut of his head.

Luck in combat
- A weapon with 200 damage will not hit for 200 every time
- same with combos.

Emotes
- There will be lots of them.
- adjusted to the world.
- not Combinable (wounded player will do the same emote as not wounded)

Musical instrument
- Not available right now.

Equipment for mounts?
- You can equip your mount with armor and stuff like that.

Dungeons - How do little groups become happy with end content?
- There are also raids for small groups.
- with the merc system small groups will be able to take place in the Siege battles

Dungeons for Level 80 and Groups or how it scales
-Will be available in every tier starting from level 10.
-Will not scale depending on the size of the group.
-some are instanced.
-Others will be shared with other groups.

Requirements for Dungeons
- Some Dungeons are open even for Low Level Player … you may die very fast
- Some Dungeons require Quests to enter

Looting in Groups
- Tarib was not sure what system is going to be final. Maybe some kind of Token System … no clear answer
- Some Item will be restricted to Classes
- Trashloot can be looted be erverybody in the group (free for all)
- All the infos about he looting system are not final and tarib said that all the systems known from other games will be possible


Chat
- Chattoptions/features will be mostly like that what we know from Anarchy Online. You don’t know Anarchy Online? Maybe there is a trial outthere, so check it out by yourself

Crafting
- Differences in the Crafting of the Prestige Classes may be in the amount of Recipes they can learn
- All will have the same crafting options
- Crafters (prestige classs) will be able to get more recipes

User Interface/Macros
- Will be moveable
- No Third party Add on system available
- They don’t want any “must have” Add ons like in WoW
- Macros will be possible but very limited

Ways to Die
- Fall
- drown (under water)
- Moving AFK with auto run will mostly leads you into death
- Player have to be attentive while playing. Autoattack and going to cook in the meanwhile will not work. Player has to Attack manually

Guild confederacies/alliances
- Guild can be at war with each other
- Same with confederacies/alliances
- Details on that later (maybe a Friday update)

Gold Economy
- balancing is very important for FC

Environment
- You cant drop Items on the Ground
- lumberjacks will be able to interact with some kind of trees (spots in the landscape)
- There are some villages with closed gates, so players have to destroy the gates to enter

Reputation with Cities
- You only can gain reputation via Quests

German Localisation
- Fully localised at release (no infos about france oder spanish version, because noone ask him)
- Professional announcers/actors

What’s your favourite Place in Hyboria?
- Tortage ist absolutely geil(cool) - (in german: “Geil” means Horny or something like that)
- The Deserts of Stygia are like real deserts
