Watched a video of a Marksman killing Shulgoth on NM in less than 3 seconds.
I worked the data on this shit, and its retardedly OP

130% RoF increase (Rapid Fire)
3 Bullets leave gun instead of 1 (Multishot)
10% damage increase (Passive bonus Rapid Fire gives)
16% damage increase (Heightened Senses)
Target recieves 80% increased damage (Beacon)
(All the below is the characters stats from that vid)
Damage is 24-27
8% crit chance
328% crit damage (increase, not a multiplier)
300 shots/min is the base
300 shots/min + 130% increase= 690 shots/min or 11.5 shots per second
Over the 3second RF span thats 34.5 shots or 34.
Adding in Multishots added 2 bullets for every 1 bullet, thats 102 shots that killed Shul.
Lower damage limit: 24 x 1.1 = 26.4 x 1.16 = 30.24 damage per bullet
8 shots will crit based on his crit chance
Lower crit damage limit: 129 damage per crit bullet
Adding in Beacon: 54.32 damage per bullet non crit
232 damage per crit bullet
94 bullets x 54.32 damage per bullet = 5106.06 damage
8 bullets x 232 damage per bullet = 1856 damage
Thats a minimum of 6962 damage done to the boss in 3 seconds.
Upper limits are: 62.01 damage per bullet non crit
271.6 damage per bullet crit
94 bullets x 62.01 = 5828.94
8 bullets crit x 271.6 = 2172.8
Which totals 8001 damage in 3 seconds.
Averaging those and finding DPS we get 2493 damage per second this marksman does... Fucking crazy

Same method but using dual Raptors that do 2-5 damage (common)
190% RoF increase (Believe this would be 7 points in RF)
10% damage increase (Passive bonus from Rapid Fire 1)
40% damage increase (5 points in HS?)
2 Extra Bullets per shot
Beacon, 80% debuff
1200 shots/min (dual Raptors)
2-5 damage per shot
8% crit chance (points in Deadeye and gear could make this possible)
320% crit damage (this could be unreasonable?)
1200 shots/min + 190% increase = 3480 shots /min
Adding in multishot that comes out to be = 10440/min, or 174 shots per second? wow....
Over a 3 second RF burst 522 shots would be fired, 41 would be crit 481 would not.
Lower limit of damage: 2x1.1x1.16= 2.552 damage per bullet non crit
2.552x4.20=10.72 damage per crit bullet
Adding in beacon: 4.59 damage per non crit bullet
19.29 damage per crit bullet
4.59x481=2207+(19.29x41)=2997 damage total, or 999 DPS
Upper limits: 6.38 per non crit
26.8 per crit
Adding in Beacon: 11.48 per non crit
48.24 per crit
11.48x481=5521.9+(48.24x41)=7499.7 total or 2499.9 DPS
Averaging we get 1749 DPS

Actually my numbers are off, since most of our skills increase damage by a %, averaging those values is wrong, SD should be used to find a good average.

If the marksman would have maxxed out Rapid Fire and Heightened Sense he would have had 11092 damage per second with Rapid Fire, Beacon, Multishot up...
