Hey guys, seems like there's still a few old faces around (even if you've all changed your names to confuse me).

I've not played the game for about a year, but I want to start playing WoW on the US Dark Iron server. Before now I had an account on the EU servers - does anyone know if the EU version of the game can actually connect to the US servers? If not I'll just get hold of a US account key, but I'd rather just reactivate my old account if that's possible.

Damn, I've never heard of or encountered such a thing before. I don't really see why not... right?

We can get on the European servers right? so i don't see why you shouldn't be able too.

I guess we really have no feckin idea Scaf. Nor do we know what comprises your insane "mince pies" and "biscuits" are cookies.... that is all for now.

When I log on I only get a list of the euro servers. It's stupid, I can connect to the Spanish and Italian language servers but I have no idea how to get on the US ones. I think I need a US version of the game for that.

nope scaf they changed it so you can only be on US server OR Euro server...not both...to avoid client confusion...looks like you have to get a new account..or *cringe* delete your euro toon? might wanna contact blizz man....it would be good to talk to you again!! =)

It seems all the websites selling account keys sell either US or EU accounts. I'll try and get a US key at the weekend.

My next question is does the US version of TBC come with the original game and a month's subscription included?

ahh no...i wondered that too but when i got my expansion ...i didnt get 30 days QQ...i was already an account holder though...if you start over you might get the 30 days? right? LOL

I've gone ahead and bought an account key anyway, I should have the game downloaded in about 3 hours.
