Problems with VG

For some reason my VG isn't loading up properly. I'm still trying to find out the cause. Yesterday it wasn't letting me into Pairo, now its not letting me into the game. I need a bit to see whats up, sorry all. :(

Here is my theory,

When noone is in a chunk the server boots down. You logged out in APW, and when you tried to log in today you were still in APW. So the server was shut down and it takes about 2 minutes for it to boot up. So you just gotta wait a few for your character to load in.

Yep, SOE does the same thing with a lot of the newer (2005+) zones. Kind of a common dealio for their games.
